Key responsibilities for this role include:

Digital Therapeutics:

  • UK lead on all Digital Therapeutic opportunities define the Vison, Strategic Goals and capabilities required
  • Key point of contact for regional and global Digital Therapeutic teams to provide insight from UK, able to influence EU Strategy and take outputs from EU Strategy to build and aligned UK plan
  • Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and testing opportunities through unlocking revenue potential of new innovations
  • Cross functional engagement with UK Business Unit Leads to understand both market and customer needs to build the UK strategy
  • Building and maintaining high level of knowledge of industry trends and future direction of Digital Therapeutics

Organisational Change Leader:

  • Innovation leader for Viatris UK, responsible for proactively seeking out ways to constructively challenge the business to look at new ways/solutions
  • Role model a customer centric change mindset to thinking and outcomes
  • Develop own capability in innovation, design thinking, agile processes to enable, support and facilitate across the business increasing awareness and capability

Revenue Generation through a One Viatris Service Offering:

  • Validate and implement One Viatris Service offering strategy including:
  • Insight generation from deep market and customer understanding
  • Acquisition and/or partner identification and negotiation
  • Engaging with key service industry stakeholders: NHS, Pharmacy and Private Healthcare systems
  • Identify target customers
  • Identify the required capabilities (licences, Legal entity, compliance requirements, etc.) to deliver strategy
  • Building complete business case, including P&L for a fullService Business proposal
  • Validation of Service Offering Pipeline
  • Pilot implementation to test and learn different service offerings in a fast and dynamic way to continually challenge the strategy
  • Advisor to the Business Units across One Viatris UK for all 'paid for' service offers

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Strong leadership and the ability to influence others
  • Strong commercial business acumen, marketing and sales experience
  • Experience of driving organizational change
  • Track record of working collaboratively with others across functions: driving groups forward even in the absence of formal authority
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • P&L development
  • Capability to think strategically and develop a clear vision and roadmap articulating how long term plans can be achieved
  • Good overall communicatation skills (written and verbal)
