We now have an exciting opportunity to join our team as UK CSR Coordinator.

We now have more than 6000+ employees globally and this role will involve working across the business to develop, support and implement the strategy for our charity The Davies Foundation.


What we're looking for:


We are looking for someone with a wide range of CSR and internal communications experience for to work on all aspects of our fundraising and CSR strategy across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications and working closely with the US CSR Coordinator and the wider leadership team, you'll lead the development and execution of all fundraising and associated internal communications for The Davies Foundation in the UK.


Duties and Responsibilities:

General

  • Design and launch a calendar of fundraising and employee engagement events for The Davies Foundation to meet fundraising targets.
  • Develop the internal communications to support The Davies Foundation calendar of events.
  • Oversee our network of Davies Foundation representatives to develop a strong local, regional and global approach to fundraising and CSR.
  • Assist in the advancement of the Davies CSR programme.
  • Develop, coordinate and track varied CSR projects.
  • Support the HR team with implementation of the DE&I strategy and other wellbeing initiatives across the business.
Communication

  • Prepare internal communications to support and raise awareness of The Davies Foundation activities across the business including, development of communications plans for each event, writing internal news stories and working closely with our design team to develop engaging communications.
  • Develop and maintain The Davies Foundation website and intranet pages.
  • Design and run a social media plan on all Davies Foundation social media channels.
  • Run a calendar of events for global and national awareness days in line with D&I strategy.
  • Track, monitor and communicate the impact of donations on communities, including producing an Impact Report, sharing news stories on the intranet/other internal communications.
  • Prepare effective responses to bids and submissions and external disclosures.
Coordination

  • Manage The Davies Foundation committee, preparing papers, minutes and administration.
  • Manage The Davies Foundation grants program and process.
  • Manage the Davies Foundation providing corporate support for our employee fundraising efforts.
  • Maintain The Davies Foundation accounts on an ongoing basis and work with our finance team to file the accounts with the Charity Commission.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proactive and flexible selfstarter, confident working across all levels of the organisation.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in fundraising and corporate social responsibility, preferably for a large and/or global business.
  • A passion for fundraising, CSR and sustainability.
  • Strong writing skills with ability to engage effectively with a wide range of audiences.
  • Good communicator with ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Highly organised approach with experience managing multiple deadlines and complex projects.
  • Excellent excel skills and rigorous approach to data management and analysis.
