Bond Bryan is a multi-disciplinary practice comprising Architects, Landscape Architects, Masterplanners and Interior Designers.

We offer our services - both nationally and internationally - from our four studios in Kent, London, Birmingham, and Sheffield.

Due to expanding workload, an opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join our Architectural Practice's Administration Team in London.


DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:


  • Ensuring the smooth running of daytoday operations in the London studio
  • Assisting the Office Manager with general office administration for all four of Bond Bryan's offices
  • Receptionist duties such as welcoming visitors, answering telephones and transferring enquiries, distributing post, and ensuring that the office is tidy and professionally presented at all times
  • Assisting with daytoday office operational issues e.g.
i. Arranging plumbers, builders, cleaners etc.

ii. Monitor, order and maintain supplies of office stationery and other consumables

iii. Ensure adequate operation of office hardware such as photocopiers

iv. Organise couriers

v. Deal with company car queries

  • Assisting with organising functions such as company conferences and social events
  • Organising various meetings timetables
  • Maintaining the filing system for legals
  • Booking travel arrangements and ticket purchase, hire cars, taxis
  • PA duties for the Director

KEY SKILLS FOR THE ROLE:


  • Experience in a similar role is desired
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office software
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Willingness to develop existing and learn new skills
  • Knowledge of using iMac computers desirable but not essential as training will be given
  • Knowledge of InDesign is desirable but not essential as training will be given


The successful applicant will be flexible in attitude and willing to assist Bond Bryan Architects achieve continued growth in a constantly changing and demanding market.

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, EC1R 5DG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
