- coaching team leaders on effective change management, including organizational design and change, transformation, cultural evolution

Qualifications:

In order to be successful in this role you need:

- a previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial company
- strong union relationship experience
- strong talent management and coaching skills

Additional Information

Our new teammate will be based in our UK HQ in Alloa, a few kilometres northwest of Edinburgh.

While in our company it's possible to work remotely, we feel that in order to be successful in this role you will have also to work regularly in the HQ and occasionally visit our two UK plants in Alloa and Harlow - consequently, you should consider this to be an hybrid role.

If you are smart, passionate, innovative, culturally open, curious and collaborative, we'd like to hear from you.

O-I is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that attracts and embraces the brightest minds and creates a culture that welcomes a diversity of ideas and perspectives while encouraging growth and rewarding performance.
