Annual salary (actual) - £10,765 to £11,576 per annum

20 hours per week plus 10 days

Batley Multi Academy Trust's sole purpose is to provide a great education for Primary and Secondary learners throughout a local family of schools.

Batley Multi Academy Trust currently comprises Batley Girls' High School, Upper Batley High School, Batley Grammar School, Healey Junior, Infant and Nursery School, Field Lane Junior, Infant and Nursery School and Manorfield Infant and Nursery School.

We provide high quality education for all young people.

This collaboration enables us to share expertise, knowledge and best practice to ensure academic and pastoral excellence throughout all of our schools, with all schools embracing the same overall ethos and values, whilst maintaining their own unique characters.

We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated individual, with the enthusiasm and drive to help deliver strong and effective governance practices.

The Governance Professional will be an integral part of the team, under the direction of the Director of Compliance and Governance, able to work independently and support and contribute to the wider team.

This role requires someone who is able to work flexibly and commit to out of school hours to attend Local Governing Board meetings.

The role offers flexibility in terms of physical location, the individual would have the flexibility to work from home or at one of the schools within the Trust.
