This is an exiting opportunity to undertake a Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship based in the resourcing department of an acute NHS trust.
The team facilitate the recruitment needs of the organisation.Undertake administrative duties under the direction of the resourcing team leaders
Deal with queries both electronically and via the telephone
Plan organise and prioritise own workload
Input and retrieve information
We are providers of NHS acute care in Walsall, providing inpatients and outpatients at the Manor Hospital site as well as a wide range of services in the community.
Receive and provide routine information to inform and support work colleagues, clinicians, other departments, patients, and clients as appropriate to the job.
Input and retrieve information from computerised information systems. To maintain databases and electronic systems ie Excel and Trac
Undertake general administration duties including Photocopying, faxing, Handling of post and printing.
Record and report all relevant information as appropriate
