CMA HR Division is working with afast pacedbusiness based in Southampton, Hampshire to recruit a Talent Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.


The recruitment department have had a period of change and looking at recruiting a permanent specialist to add to the department and help with the volume of roles.

What willTalentAdvisorrole involve?

  • Ensuring that Hiring Managers are kept up to date with changes to processes and or ATS/hiring manager portal.
  • Working in conjunction with the Recruitment Partner to ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective recruitment service.
  • Provide advice,guidanceand support to the Recruitment Officers as and when required.
  • Ensuring that the Recruitment Department is the single point of contact for all recruitment
