Description

Principle Accountabilities:

  • To pick, pack and ship orders received from the sales department in line with requested delivery dates keeping the error rate to a absolute minimum
  • To check off and locate stock receipts efficiently in the designated area of the warehouse following the bin location procedures
  • To become proficient with current warehouse IT systems especially SAP and the Dispatcher systems
  • To undertake general housekeeping duties within the warehouse ensuring the area is securely and safely maintained
  • Liaise with the Warehouse Team Leader whenever required to report discrepancies or suggest improvements
  • Participate in regular stock checks and complete the issued documentation accurately
  • To distribute goods efficiently within the building when required
  • Outgoing consignments should be packed / labeled comprehensively in line with the guidance
  • To pick and pack orders for central distribution customers according to laid down specification for ti-hi and labelling
  • Any other ancillary duties that may reasonably be required in the course of your work as specified by your immediate superior
  • Observe the Company Health and Safety guidance especially in Manual Handling tasks and the use of lifting equipment ensuring the safety of yourself and your colleagues at all times
