To act as Administrator (Management Support) to the Director of Campus Services and the Director of Student Recruitment and Marketing) providing a confidential, reliable and efficient service.

The post requires a dynamic individual with a high level of professionalism in both demeanour and conduct, and utmost discretion in ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive data and information.


This critical role will perform a variety of tasks and operational activities, including providing committee & project support, minute and case note taking and diary management across the diverse and exciting Departments of Campus Services and Department of Student Recruitment and Marketing.

Skills and competencies associated with previous experience to a high level within an administrative post is required.

Accurate minute taking skills are essential, alongside being proficient in the use of all Microsoft packages including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
