Working Supervisor - Loading Shovel Operator.

We are recruiting for a qualified Loading Shovel Operator based out of our Kirkby, Liverpool depot, to work operate and load vehicles within the waste transfer station.

The position entails supervising and overseeing yard operations/tasks and maintaining the site's upkeep.

• Hours of work:

Mon/Fri - 7am to 5pm

Saturday - 7am to 12pm

• Flexibility on hours required, earlier starts and later finishes.
• 28 day holiday allowance (Including Bank Holidays).
• Weekly pay.
• Salary: £14.00£15.00 per hour
• Overtime and Saturday works pay will be at time and a half.

The Role:

• Competent and experienced in 360 Operator and Loading Shovel Operator equipment.
• Loading and unloading waste to site and moving where required.
• Ensuring the plant is running smoothly.
• Comply at all times to company standards and HSE guidelines.
• Undertaking any further training required and provided by the company.
• Must be able to demonstrate Supervisory skills and lead by example as will be undertaking team leader work

Requirements:

• Loading Shovel Licence (required)
• NPORS.
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Working flexibly to ensure operational targets are achieved.
• Being selfmotivated and customerfocused.
• Medical fitness as required to Operate Construction Plant.

Salary:
£14.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 52.5 per week

Experience:
