IN2Consult / Senior Credit Controller & AR Specialist / up to £28 pph umbrella / 4 month temporary contract / 2 days of remote working per week

  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payments.
  • Contact clients to resolve billing issues and collect timely payment.
  • Report on delinquent accounts to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Own A/R and collections workflow, minimizing balance of aged invoices.
  • Keep customer account & other necessary master data information up to date.
  • Manage open collections cases and insurance claims with external partners.
  • Work to improve contracting and be involved in input new customer contracts and change orders.
  • Work with other members of the Finance team on revenue recognition for contracts in accordance with GAAP.
  • Assist with sales tax reporting across various jurisdictions.
  • Assist with account reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Implementation, Account Management teams to establish effective invoicing and ensure payments are applied appropriately.
  • Analyse billing customer data and prepare supporting schedules, including deferred revenue.
  • Work with external auditors on requests.
  • Identify and document opportunities to streamline processes for operational efficiency.
  • Provide adhoc reporting and analysis as well as standard reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Help to build database of key client information.

Skills & Qualifications -

  • 5+ years of experience in collections & accounts receivable.
  • Experience communicating directly with clients to collect payment on outstanding A/R and address billing issues.
  • Experience in a fastpaced environment preferred.
  • Resilient and selfmotivated; able to work independently and report on key metrics effectively.
  • Indepth knowledge of invoicing process to recommend improvements to best practices.
