Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a luxury design studio, based in Richmond, to recruit a driven and passionate individual to fill the permanent, full-time role of CRM Executive.

Main Responsibilities

Monitor and analyse the client experience / journey and maintain market intelligence
Working with the departments, make recommendations of improvements to the client journey
Develop the CRM tool and prioritising what functionality will have the highest impact on client acquisition and retention
Assisting with mailings, market research, event list and gift list management
Assist with any client focussed events

Skills and Attributes Required

Analytical and methodical in approach
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Outstanding organisational and communication skills
To be proactive, forward thinker with an ability to stay calm under pressure
Client focused with the ability to go the extra mile
Confident and outgoing, with a sense of humour

Background & Experience

Similar CRM experience for minimum 2 years in a luxury goods company, auction house, ultrahigh end real estate agent or private bank is essential
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is essential
Knowledge of InDesign and PowerPoint would be desirable
