Description

We are currently looking for a Digital Sales Advisor Team Leader at our Norwich branch.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of Telesales Agents tasked with effectively dealing with incoming digital Sales leads and telephone leads for the group and then engage with the customer to discuss their requirements.

You will provide information about the vehicle and answer any queries before making an appointment for the relevant Sales Department.

You will liaise with the Sales Managers at each site to ensure leads and appointments are passed over seamlessly and to ensure the customer journey is as smooth and frictionless as possible.

You will guide and coach the team to ensure they maximise lead conversion to appointment and undertake monthly reviews with the team to maximise performance.

You will also ensure all leads are responded to within the time frame required and that all outbound activity for that day is completed.

Experience in the automotive sector is not required, however we are looking for someone with some management experience, Willingness to learn new skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
