About the role and the team
As night Support Worker, you will manage a caseload of clients, addressing their physical, emotional, social and behavioural needs; supporting them to progress towards independence.
You will have shared responsibility for providing accommodation and support services to these adults who are experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping and multiple disadvantages.
You will also hold shared responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of all clients, volunteers and staff in the service.

About you:
You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
- Experience of working in a busy support or care environment
- Experiencing of working with vulnerable clients who have experienced homelessness
- Experience of using Risk Assessments and Support Planning
- Experience of operating safeguarding requirements and procedures
- The ability to lonework and being proactive
