Are you an experienced administrator and available on any of the below dates to do a fixed term contract within the travel industry in an exciting organisation just outside of Maidenhead, Berkshire? (car owner essential)One role is 27/2/23-11/8/23
Another role is 24/4/23-4/8/23
Other roles are 15/5/23-4/8/23
What will I be doing as an Operations Administrator?
- Liaise with members of the Sales Team to obtain all necessary information about travel groups.
- Assist with confirming correct invoices.
- Book airport transfers and coaches for excursions.
- Book excursion destinations, museums, and sports facilities
- Update Confirmation Sheets and monitor bookings on the Bedding List.
- Update the Master List with all student and Group Leader information for each centre.
- Communicate any special requests to the host staff and the Management Team at each centre.
- Deal with issues from agents/host centres
- Help Centre Management staff with any extra excursions that may be requested.
- Maintain continuous communication with agents and individuals.
- Maintain a rigid archiving procedure and ensure all documentation is received from each host centre.
- Responsible for cross checking invoices, final numbers and bedding lists.
- Report to the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of excursions, transfers, sport academies and special requirements.
What skills, experience and qualities do I need for the Operations Admin role?
- Need to be fully available in June and July for occasional weekend or evening work on a rota basis
- Happy to drive into the office in June and July (with hybrid working outside of these months)
- Strong organisational and time management skills as well as excellent communication and IT ability
- Able to commute to offices near Maidenhead, Berkshire
