Salary - £23,000 - £27,000Location - Rochdale
Hours - 40 per week (8am-5pm or 8:30-5:30)
Our client, based in Milnrow, is established as the market leader for rapidly deployable mobile surveillance systems. We have an exciting opportunity to join our client as Quality and Environmental Advisor.

The purpose of the Quality and Environmental Advisor is to coordinate, monitor and improve the Company's approach to quality and the environment.
Responsibilities:
- Complete internal quality and environmental audits on a regular basis and make recommendations for improvement, or take remedial action as required to ensure conformance.
- Review all processes, in consultation with specific departments and propose/facilitate updates where appropriate.
- Coordination of all environmental activities, data gathering, actions and plans to maintain our quality and environmental accreditations and meet business needs.
- Review customer complaints to direct additional audits to vulnerable areas of the business
- To review external and internal quality and environmental audit results and liaise with management to ensure appropriate action is taken to correct and improve systems.
- Work with managers to create processes where there is an identified gap.
- Maintain a working knowledge of quality and environmental standards and expectations.
- Work with management and staff to develop future ways of working that embrace change and continual improvement.
- Key role in assisting with external audits.
- Work with managers to raise quality and environmental awareness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience within a quality and/or compliance role
- Experience with ISO accreditations is desirable
- Effective communicator
- Ability to build relationships.
- Influence and impact people across all levels
- Ability to successfully organise, prioritise and work dynamically.
