Here at Aardvark Swift, we're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team that's driven by games, fuelled by talent.

Your day-to-day will include

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, from hiring to offer management
  • Working with your Team Lead and Recruitment Director to develop business plans for your desk
  • Mentoring junior members of the recruitment team
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts effectively
  • Using a variety of sourcing methods such as social platforms, networking, headhunting and referrals
  • Being consistently on track with your weekly KPIs and sales targets

The skills and experience you'll bring to the role

  • Effective communication and relationship building
  • Effective prioritisation and time management
  • Resilience and adaptability
  • Prior recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of 360 recruitment
  • Experience managing client accounts
  • Consistent record of exceeding targets and KPIs
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with social media and Microsoft Office
