About Cinergi:

Cinergi are a family business based in Hampshire, with offices in the Romsey area. We specialise in renewable heating technologies such as Air source and Ground source heat pumps.

We are a small team with a reputation for quality workmanship with an increasing workload, and as such, are looking for a Project Administrator to join our growing team.

You will be working directly alongside the Operations Manager assisting with the day to day operations of the company.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support
  • Data Entry
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Logging and arranging service call outs
  • Arranging yearly services
  • Accounts administration eg, entering bills
  • Maintain internal databases
  • Scheduling of works
  • Ordering of materials
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills & Experience:


  • Good communication skills both in person and on the telephone
- previous experience in administration

  • Be a fast learner
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Strong work ethic
  • Be efficient, organised and and have a good eye for detail

The Benefits:

Salary will be offered based on experience plus company pension scheme as well as private medical insurance.


Annual leave starts at 22 days per year (plus bank holidays) and increases 1 day per year (to a max of 30 + bank holidays).
