Currently recruiting a Training Coordinator for a permanent role

  • Based in Edinburgh within the Energy Sector

About Our Client:

Fully energy business

  • Provide general support to the HSE and project teams.
  • Implement, coordinate and record Business unit and project HSE training programs.
  • Implement, coordinate and maintain Personal Protective equipment and registers.
  • Coordinate, minute and follow up actions of HSE meetings.
  • Design, produce and distribute HSE media to drive workforce engagement including newsletters, safety bulletins, videos, presentations, and SharePoint pages.
  • Manage administration of Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessment database and conduct DSE assessments.
  • Filing and maintaining records.
  • Assistance with Office inspections and Fire Warden Inspections.
  • Lessons learned register maintenance and action follow up.
  • Undertake other administrative tasks to assist the wider team as directed by management.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Experienced IT Skills including use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint etc)
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Team player but with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Willingness to take or share responsibility or ownership of tasks and issues not strictly within normal job scope or field of work.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple tasks.
  • People person with genuine care for health, safety, and environment

  • Ability to take on a lot of information in a short space of time and hit the ground running with delivery.
  • A selfstarter with a proactive approach who is attentive to detail and has strong written communication skills.

  • Ability to lead and/or work with diverse team of individuals
  • Strong communication skills both orally and in writing with employees, management, contractors and associated third parties

What's on Offer:


  • Permanent, fulltime
- based from Edinburgh, remote working 10 days per month will be offered
- up to £26,000pa DOE
