- _Support, coach and mentor your team_
- _Support the management team and work together to create and deliver your vision_
- _Ensure standards and compliance are continuous in the manager's absence_
- _Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests_

To be considered for this position you must be at least 18 years old as it involves the sale of alcohol.

At our proper pub sites we pride ourselves on providing a proper home for live sport, serving a proper pint and consistently offering proper pub food.

We aim to create a proper, traditional pub atmosphere for our guests. Proper pubs are transparent and simple. What you see is what you get in every venue.

Eli Jenkins is a friendly and welcoming venue offering great food and drinks to our guests, based in the busy city centre of Swansea.

We open early daily for our famous breakfasts and food is served until 9pm.

We have a fantastic selection of Real Ales on offer and have been awarded with the Cask Marque Certificate of Excellence.

We have lots of fun entertainment here for everyone such as weekly bingo and a quiz. On the last Saturday of the month we have a DJ and karaoke night with prizes for the best singer
