Grafton Banks Finance is currently recruiting for an FP&A Analyst to join a fast-growing business in Brighton offering 2 days working from home.

With forecasts of continued high-growth the firm need to hire a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to supportyour FP&A Manager in delivering business partnering objectives and impactful financial forecasting and analysis to their key decision makers.

Working with senior stakeholders and the FP&A Manager you will provide high quality finance and commercial support to improve decision making and profitability of the core business.

Key responsibilities include

Enabling productive FP&A business partnering through analysis of spending and financial performance
Cash flow forecasting to allow effective multicurrency treasury management
Supporting the annual budget and intrayear reforecast process, including production of analysis for use in reports and presentations to the Board
Scenario planning & sensitivity analysis
Together with the FP&A Manager, identifying and using risks & opportunities to provide the business with a rolling monthly forecast

Essential Skills
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have a solid Skill set around FP&A.

Workingin commercial accounting, analytical positions with with a genuine desire to work in FP&A, along with strong spreadsheet skills and a positive proactive attitudeand approach to work.
