Description
Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust are currently looking for a Data Entry Administrator to join Bank for a 3 month placement, approximately required for August - October.
The University has a new intake each year of approximately 600 students and this post is to support the external team with the initial set up of these students onto PHUs G2 system with an Occupational Health record and recording any immunisation history provided to their record.
Supporting the External Contracts Administrator with preparing for university offsite visits, this may include consolidating spreadsheets for prior year students or analysing data.
Essential Skills
- Experience of data entry.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good IT skills.
- Knowledge and experience with Excel spreadsheets.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to demonstrate confidentiality and trustworthiness.
- A willingness to be flexible and be part of a team.
- Knowledge of OH or healthcare environment desirable but not essential
