Our client is looking for a highly motivated Lettings Manager to complement their fantastic Lettings team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Manager or an established Letting Agent looking for progression and to step into your first lettingsmanagement role.

Our client can give you the platform to excel as a manager and team to help you grow your market share and develop your career.

Working hours:

As a Lettings Manager you'll be required to work Monday - Friday, and maybe one Saturday per month during the busy periods.

The successful Lettings Manager will be offered:

Up to £30,000 basic

NFOPP if not already obtained

To be considered for the Lettings Manager role you must have:

Must have a strong proven track record in Lettings
At least 3 years experience in Lettings
Great knowledge of the Leicester market
IT literate
Able to generate new business
Proven track record in managing a team

As a Lettings Manager your role will involve:

Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, and viewings and lets
Coordinate business generation and marketing activities
Manage incoming enquiries from new applicants regarding properties on the market
Liaise and negotiate between both parties to secure the let
Help train, guide and motivate your team
