Salary:
From £22k-£25kpa dependent on experience


Hours per week: 35hrs

Job Purpose:


VIBE Specialist Finance raises the bar for all property-based financial services by re-defining industry standards and emerging as the first and only choice for anyone seeking a broker to partner with.

We achieve this by providing a first-rate service to all our clients, helping them to realise their dreams of property ownership and making it possible for them to dare to dream even bigger

Our Relationship Manager plays a crucial part in enabling us to deliver our service.

They support, manage and administer loan cases from initial submission right through to completion, liaising with both direct clients as well as our introducing partners lenders, valuers and solicitors.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • To take full ownership of client cases, providing exemplary customer care throughout.
  • To make a great first impression when conducting Discovery Calls with potential clients.
  • To undertake due diligence searches on applicants and properties prior to case submission.
  • To chase clients, lenders, valuers and solicitors for case updates and relay to clients and partners.
  • To adopt a 'nothing is too much trouble' approach with clients throughout their journey with us ensuring their expectations are carefully managed and their needs are met.
  • To positively represent the company at training courses, networking events and lender meetings.
  • To update spreadsheets, folders, documentation and inhouse CRM systems, taking care to ensure supplementary documentation is uploaded.
  • To carefully check information for accuracy and keep it stored in line with our GDPR policies.
  • To positively represent the company by attending training courses, networking events and lender meetings.
  • To meet and, wherever possible, exceed both individual and collective targets.
  • To create engaging and informative posts on the company's social media pages.
  • To answer phone calls in a polite and helpful manner, being sure to direct calls to the appropriate colleague promptly or taking and passing on clear messages when required.

General duties and Flexibility
To willingly undertake any other tasks as reasonably requested in line with this Job Description.

To comply with all employee policies and procedures of VIBE Specialist Finance.

To, on occasion agree to attend events that take place out of standard office hours and/or on weekends.

Person Specification

Knowledge and qualifications
Ideally will possess a CeMAP qualification, but this is not essential.

Experience managing client accounts.

Insurance experience preferred, but this is not essential


Skills and experience
Mortgage broking/lending experience in Specialist Finance for a minimum of 2yrs.

Able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team.

Exceptional eye for detail

Excellent IT skills (Word and Excel essential) and a proficient user of CRM systems.

Able to manage several projects at once, dealing with newly emerging priorities as they arise.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly, communicate across all levels and respect client confidentiality.

Extremely reliable with good time keeping skills.
