We are currently looking for a Microsoft Consultant to provide software development to quickly deliver innovative prototypes and digital solutions to support the growth and development of Capita divisions.

Microsoft Consultant

As a Microsoft Consultant you will have excellent relationship building skills that will help to deliver either fully formed solutions to be maintained by the Software Application/Product Support team or a prototypes to be further developed by the Digital Development Centre.

What you will deliver

Deliver highquality digital solutions and prototypes to meet client requirements.
Be a champion for both technical and functional solutions across the Microsoft platform, driving the adoption of new features and technology.
Architecture and Design of Microsoft 365 Solutions including (but not limited to) Power Platform, SharePoint, MS Teams and wider M365 Platform.
Manage the Microsoft Office 365 Tenant and provide/implement recommendations including Governance and Best Practices
Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation.
Conduct handson implementation, configuration, and development of the various components the Power Platform
Expertise in providing both out of the box and development solutions in a Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Platform and other low code/no code environments.
Provide and implement Governance on the Power Platform, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Azure environments
Document fully formed solutions and pass them to the Software Application/Product Support team.
Document prototypes and pass them to the the Digital Development Centre.

What we are looking for

Excellent understanding of lowcode/nocode platforms.
Possess an excellent understanding of key components of Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Power Platform
Able to consult and advise clients on the capabilities of the broader M365 platform
Experience of Data Governance and Information Protection principals
Experience of designing solutions using Microsoft AzureExcellent knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets, and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction.
Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Clear communication, both written and verbally.
Excellent time management and personal organisation skills, and able to multitask.
