As a
Field Care Supervisor, reporting to the Registered Manager, you will ensure that carers provide and maintain the highest level of support and services in accordance with Novus Care's Statement of purpose and policies and procedures.
You will monitor and maintain high quality, person centred support in line with the values and philosophy of Novus Care.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Ensuring that a high standard of care is delivered at all times.
Carrying out, with service users, and / or their chosen representatives' assessments of the service user's needs and what they would like to achieve from their care and support, together with a risk assessment.
Creating, agreeing, reviewing and maintaining a written, individually tailored, person centred plan of care and support that respects the service user's wishes and promotes their dignity and privacy.
Liaising effectively with family members and ensure that they are informed of relevant meetings, reviews or company events.
To ensure compliance with CQC's Fundamental Standards of Quality and Safety, Health and Social Care Act 2012 and all other government legislation and inform staff of changes where appropriate.
Planning and participating in the on-call rota, completing on
- call records and reporting to the manager any issues arising promptly. Monitoring the call alerts and record outcomes in on call folder.
Medication audits.
Assisting with Quality assurance audits.
Working with the manager to ensure growth of the company.

- providing care: 1 year (preferred)
- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
- Driving License (required)
