Description

Are you experienced in providing excellent customer service skills and looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our reputable client based in Derbyshire are looking to hire a Part Time Customer Service Advisor to join their growing business on a temporaryongoing basis.

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

Previous experience of placing orders for parts
Geographical knowledge
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
Highly organised
Team player

Within this position, you'll be:

Providing support to colleagues
Ordering parts via Salesforce and/or SAP
Liasing with collegues to ensure accuracy of ordering parts
Keeping records up to date
Prioritising workload
Ensuring administration tasks are completed within schedule

**Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £11.75 per hour

Working hours are 20 hours per week between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, plus 1 weekend day every 3 weeks.
