Job Description:


Key role accountabilities:

  • You will support senior colleagues within Treasury Services Sales in the day to day running of the business.
  • You will initially focus on passing the required regulatory exams that will allow you to speak to clients independently and positively impact team performance
  • You will need to take a keen interest in the political and economic events that impact markets and build the confidence to produce market commentary and present this in an accessible format and style for a broad range of internationally trading clients.
  • You will learn to interpret a huge amount of global market data, investment trends and policy developments and be able to articulate these in a way that allows customers to understand the impacts to their business.
The person we're looking for


Will be motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for learning about market drivers, our suite of hedging solutions, how we can tailor them to an individual view or need and looking to develop customer-facing sales skills.

All financial markets have been impacted by the events of the last few years and we are looking for a colleague to share our passion for understanding how changes impact customers and what we can do to support them.

Your background could be in a number of different areas, and we encourage this in our team.

Essential Skills- Strong organisational skills- A track record of excellence in the Commercial Bank- Primary focus on passing any exams required for the role (please ask if you have any questions about these)- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team- Strong communication and presentation skills,- A problem solver who is able to handle a range of tasks and priorities- A desire to learn about markets and how they impact our customers
