-
Operations Officer to ensure both Country Parks run smoothly and safely.
  • This important position is responsible for all operational matters as expected of a country park. This hands on varied role covers routine inspections, compliance and corporate policy and localised procedures and ensures visitors can enjoy the facilities in an engaging but safe way.
  • You will have a natural curiosity to identify ways to make things better, an ability to learn new systems and to know where to find information when needed. You will focus on continuous improvement with our internal processes while providing a structured and rewarding environment for colleagues.
  • To be successful you will need experience working within an operational environment and have a structured approach to work. Additionally, you will demonstrate how you have managed and motivated a team successfully. We will require you to work flexible hours, have a can do attitude with an out going personality and have good attention to detail. This exciting position is a key part of the Royal Victoria Country Park team, and you will help shape our future for generations to come.
  • Driving is essential for the role to get between the Country parks, there is limited public transport to River Hamble Country Park.
