Technical Administrator Darley Dale 37 Hours per Week Mon - Fri
Job Summary
To maintain an efficient Technical/Quality system, process improvement and procedure implementation for the Technical Department.

Key Tasks and Accountabilities

  • To update and maintain the Technical system
  • Participate in process improvements within the Technical team
  • Document written instructions and ensure adherence
  • Participate in completion of records, customer reports & technical documentation
  • Act as the single point of customer contact for all document transmittals
  • Implement an effective system for document transmittal records
  • Carry out training to ensure new processes and procedures are understood
  • Maintain a high standard of workplace housekeeping
  • Participate in audit activities as required
  • Assisting with projects, plans, process flows and suggesting improvements and enhancements to data processing
  • Data analysis to manage tracking system, administration for project cycles and providing key reports
  • Assist Technical Manager in continuous improvement activities
  • Represent Technical Department where necessary
  • Involvement in the business quotation process
  • Administration of nonconformance actions, root cause and corrective actions and ensure their timely completion.
