Description
We are currently working with a leading battery supplier in the UK who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their Technical Sales team on a full-time, permanent basis.
In this role, you would be reporting to the Technical Sales Manager and your responsibilities would include:- Being the first point of contact for all customer queries via the inbound line
- Prepare and cost quotations to customers
- Process sales orders
- Update and maintain technical sales records and documents
- Provide technical support to customers when necessary
- Assist shop front with customers and orders
- Undertake postpurchase follow ups with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the service and products received
- Be competent with Microsoft systems, especially Outlook
- Be IT literate and pick up systems quickly
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a great telephone manner
- Hold excellent time management and organisation skills
