We are currently working with a leading battery supplier in the UK who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their Technical Sales team on a full-time, permanent basis.

In this role, you would be reporting to the Technical Sales Manager and your responsibilities would include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all customer queries via the inbound line
  • Prepare and cost quotations to customers
  • Process sales orders
  • Update and maintain technical sales records and documents
  • Provide technical support to customers when necessary
  • Assist shop front with customers and orders
  • Undertake postpurchase follow ups with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the service and products received
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Be competent with Microsoft systems, especially Outlook
  • Be IT literate and pick up systems quickly
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have a great telephone manner
  • Hold excellent time management and organisation skills
