Marketing Assistant

Summary:

Rhodes, the legacy brand known for producing the highest quality musical instruments, is looking for a Marketing/Customer Care Assistant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Customer Experience Manager and Marketing Coordinator in daytoday tasks.
Respond to customer support inquiries utilizing Zen Desk, escalating any higher priority tickets to the Customer Experience Manager.
Schedule social media posts as instructed by the Marketing Coordinator and respond to social media comments/messages where appropriate.
Attend meetings and compile notes while contributing new ideas and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Assist in collecting and reporting metrics from both the customer experience and marketing departments.

Requirements:

Computer proficiency is required, with a good understanding of Microsoft Office, knowledge of social media, and an interest in understanding how it is analysed and reported.
Personable and approachable with excellent communication skills, the desire to provide great customer service, and the ability to build relationships.
A team player who is also selfmotivated and able to operate independently to complete tasks.
An organized approach and the ability to plan ahead.
Based locally or can commute to the Leeds office.

Nice to Have:

Experience working/dealing with customers.
Proficiency in managing social media accounts and prior marketing experience.
A genuine passion for music, attending live music gigs, performing and recording music, and for Rhodes pianos and keyboards.
