GSL Education Manchester are currently looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic Classroom Assistants in Salford to assist teachers with class preparation.

As a classroom assistant, you should be happy to help children realize their full potential by offering assistance, inspiration, and encouragement.

GSL Education provides classroom assistants and teachers to schools that require flexible education specialists to cover staff absences and other requirements.

The assignments could be daily, advanced and for the most part Monday through Friday 8 am - 4 pm term time only.

We also provide long-term specialists and, in most cases, opportunities for permanent work arise following these placements.

The requirements for this classroom assistant role in Salford:

  • Have a level 2 or equivalent teaching assistant qualification.
  • Have prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Support Worker
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Experience with helping students with learning difficulties is preferred.
  • Have great communication with both pupils and teachers.
  • Can travel around the Bolton area
