Proximity Recruitment are looking to build on 7 years of success in the digital & marketing space by welcoming a dynamic & diligent Senior Recruitment Consultant (1st hire) to the business and an opportunity to play a key role in the accelerated growth of a well-established and dynamic brand.

Responsibilities include:
Create & build on established client partnerships within your market.
Solution-find for clients and form real partnerships for the future.
Managing the whole end-to-end recruitment process.
Developing your own brand within the market.
Play a key role in ideation to ensure the successful growth of Proximity Recruitment.
Be forwarding thinking with business development.

Overview of experience:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in Digital & Marketing Recruitment.
A history of quality work and successfully delivered recruitment projects.
A hard-work ethic and an ability to be self-disciplined.
Can be located anywhere within the UK.
