We are looking for an experienced project coordinator/researcher to support our research operations function on a 12-month fixed-term-contract to cover a maternity leave.
Duties
- Administration of Fosway's main research processes including surveys, data capture processes, briefings and customer reference calls
- Planning, tracking and scheduling for research activities on Fosway's task management system (Wrike)
- Design and creation of research capture documents including forms and data capture spreadsheets
- Organisations and planning of customer reference calls and analyst briefing meetings
- Liaison with Fosway analysts to plan and manage availability to support calls and briefings
- Management and escalation of corporate and vendor responses to ensure timely completion of research input
- Reporting progress to Fosway leadership including Head of Analyst Team, Head of Operations and CEO
- Aggregation of data capture spreadsheets and survey results to support our Analyst team
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years' experience providing support in an office/operations management role, preferably within a professional services or business to business environment
- Experience of working in a Market Research environment or HR, Talent or Learning in a corporate context
- Good numerical and analytical skills including use of complex Excel spreadsheets
- Experience of using collaborative/task management software ideally Wrike
- Proficient computer skills and indepth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Comfortable working independently in a virtual team environment

Pay:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
