Credit Manager

Our client is looking for a Credit Manager to manage all accounts receivable and collections.

The credit department is responsible for the full end-to-end credit risk management across all of their divisions.

The Credit Manager role will involve:

  • Ultimate ownership of the Accounts receivable Ledgers
  • Setting and managing targets for cash collection, DSO and query management
  • Identifying risks
  • Implementing processes and policies, driving improvement
  • Management a small and growing team, driving performance and productivity
  • Engaging with stakeholders across other areas of the business

Experience/qualifications/ behaviour capabilities required for the Credit Manager:

  • Full understanding of sales ledger management
  • Working within and managing a Credit function within a B2B environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
