We are now looking for a Junior HR Manager to manage the HR function and assist the Chief People Officer for the Skillcast Group in our UK and Malta locations.


Junior HR Manager - Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Chief People Officer to support all People and Culture-related activities for Skillcast Group
  • Manage the full Employee Lifecycle with departments, managers and all staff for a streamlined HR function
  • Manage employee requests, guidance, compliance and other HRrelated issues
  • Assist with managing the work of HR Administrators/Office Coordinators with the UK/Malta locations
  • Management of Skillcast Policies and review process for legislation updates and company changes
  • Develop and monitor overall HR records, systems and procedures across the organisation
  • Driving efficiency, accuracy and compliance through full utilisation of the HRIS
  • Provide relevant reporting and analytics to the Executive Management Team for all Executive and Board related needs
  • Manage ISO annual certification process
  • Drive initiatives that create a positive working environment

Junior HR Manager - You:


  • Minimum of 3+ years within an HR environment with relevant experience
  • Obtained or working toward completion of a recognised HR qualification
  • Professional maturity with handling sensitive situations and data
  • Ability to hold performance related discussions to support Team Leaders and employee development
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good knowledge and passion for systems and centrally held data
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with multiple teams
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
