Business Intelligence Manager

£55,000 to £60,000 plus Bonus & Benefits

You will provide guidance and advice to senior leaders and play a vital role in new business initiatives and strategic projects.


To excel in this role, you must possess strong leadership skills and have a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Business Intelligence, including: data warehousing, ETL, reporting and analytics tools (such as Power BI), data analysis, data governance,and data management.


Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide the evolution of the business intelligence and data management strategy, aligning with the evolving enterprise solutions architecture.
  • Actively engage with business management to establish a shared understanding of BI strategy, developments, and delivery.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of data management, reporting, and data analytics.
  • Lead and manage a highly effective Business Intelligence Team of seven developers and analysts; provide support, guidance, training, and coaching.
  • Inspire and mentor the BI team to produce highquality insight, analysis, and reporting solutions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions that meet business requirements and improve decisionmaking processes.
An exciting opportunity for a BI Manager with the following.

  • Proven experience in a BI Manager role.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management.
  • Experience in designing and developing complex data models.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, relational databases, and ETL processes.
  • Experience in delivering complex reporting solutions.
  • Experience working with agile frameworks.
  • Strong SQL skills.
