At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry out their role.

Own contact centre demand & supply forecasting and cover budgets/ reforecasts as part of long/medium term planning.
Own resource & staffing distribution and service level management for our voice & messaging channels in Sales & Smarty operations.
Intraday/daily/weekly forecast/staffing plans and conduct daily service level performance reviews.
Work with internal teams to consider all demand and resourcing impacts, minimising those impacts and providing recommendations back to stakeholders/partners.
Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners through effective communication and collaboration.
