We are looking for a Shop Assistant for our patisserie shop in Cwmbran Town Centre.

La Creme Patisserie makes award winning cakes, desserts and afternoon products sold into the hospitality trade and also through our own retail shops.

Opening Hours for the shop are Monday - Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm.

There will be a flexible shift pattern to include weekend working on rotation.

We are looking for someone who has
- some retail experience in a similar customer focused retail environment.
- is able to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- provides outstanding customer service
- understand stock management and product presentation
- is able to demonstrate good commercial awareness
- a good eye for detail and a creative approach to merchandising
- good communication skills,
