About you

Our Kitchen General Assistants are the backbone of our operation making sure our kitchen shines and sparklesjust like our chefs We are looking for a hands-on, self-motivated individual who is able to work well under pressure but still have a bit of fun along the way.

You'll work hard to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly, using your initiative to assist the wider kitchen team as required during a busy service.

This role involves kitchen porter duties, basic food prep and other general kitchen duties.

This role would be the perfect stepping-stone for someone looking to start their career in a bustling hotel kitchen.
