Description

Mobile Maintenance Engineer Required (Van & fuel card included)
Covering Northampton sites.

Starting:

ASAP

Duration:
_Temp to perm_

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am till 4:30pm

Pay:
£20.00 per hour via umbrella whilst temping, £33,000 - £36,000per annum once permanent.

Note:
Drives license is essential

Duties may include but are limited to:
Ensuring compliance with legislative, Client and our Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental requirements at site(s).

Provide technical first line support / first line fix to any facilities issues raised.

Co-ordinate with operations team and third-party suppliers to deliver service level agreements.

Support/Monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities when required and report any corrective works arising.

Work with local/central/third party project manager(s) to ensure fully integrated FM/projects delivery.

Report all accidents, occupational illnesses, and emergencies in relevant books/documentation

Ensure all contractors, under sphere of control, operate within appropriate QHSE processes and client HSE standards.

Completion of PPMs on a variety of equipment/services.

Completion of installations and fit outs within remit.

Provide completion paperwork/certification for works completed.

Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical / electrical systems and HVAC equipment.

Undertake any other engineering tasks as required by the Coordinator or Line Manager.

Close liaison with Central support team to promote a consistent professional image of our image and brand.

Essential Requirements:

City & Guilds Electrical installation level 1/2/3 and/or equivalent

Drives license.
