We're hiring a Sales Negotiator at our Whaley Bridge office

Hours:
Wednesday and every other Saturday

Key activities include

  • Arranging & attending property viewings
  • Receiving feedback and taking initial offers
  • Obtaining valuations
  • Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other professional contacts
  • Regular client contact
  • Applicant management
  • Administration including creating of sales brochures and set up of new files
  • New business generation & building local brand profile
  • Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market
  • Nurture existing client and contact relationships
  • Proven track record of achieving objectives and building relationships
  • Welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and longstanding relationships
  • Team player but able to work independently
  • Excellent IT and administration skills training on the inhouse agency system will be provided
  • Calm under pressure
  • Proactive thinker who maximises opportunities
  • Energetic, enthusiastic & entrepreneurial
  • Knowledge of the local area
  • Driving Licence
Salary depending on experience.
