We're hiring a Sales Negotiator at our Whaley Bridge officeHours:
Wednesday and every other Saturday
Key activities include
- Arranging & attending property viewings
- Receiving feedback and taking initial offers
- Obtaining valuations
- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other professional contacts
- Regular client contact
- Applicant management
- Administration including creating of sales brochures and set up of new files
- New business generation & building local brand profile
- Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market
- Nurture existing client and contact relationships
- Proven track record of achieving objectives and building relationships
- Welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport and longstanding relationships
- Team player but able to work independently
- Excellent IT and administration skills training on the inhouse agency system will be provided
- Calm under pressure
- Proactive thinker who maximises opportunities
- Energetic, enthusiastic & entrepreneurial
- Knowledge of the local area
- Driving Licence
