Your Role:

As the Business Assistant to our CEO, you'll take charge of diverse, stimulating responsibilities that span beyond conventional boundaries, from managing the intricacies of day-to-day operations to propelling our business development initiatives forward.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide seamless administrative support to the CEO, deftly managing their daily engagements and commitments.
  • Safeguard confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Mastermind the CEO's schedule, orchestrating internal and external meetings and appointments.
  • Craft flawless travel plans and streamline logístical details to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Fuel business development initiatives by conducting comprehensive research and gathering vital information.
  • Foster crossdepartmental collaboration for effective communication and synergy.
  • Embrace spontaneous projects, becoming a vital pillar in achieving the CEO's objectives.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in roles like executive assistant or business development assistant, preferably within the energetic realm of startups.
  • A juggler of tasks with exceptional organisational skills and the knack to prioritise with finesse.
  • A wordsmith adept at both written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in productivity tools and software to orchestrate seamless operations.
