Typical Shift Patterns:
Daytime - 09:00 - 16:00, 10:00 - 20:00, 12:00 - 22:00
Evening - 16:00 - 22:00
Night - 22:00 - 08:00
Number of shifts: 4-5
What is the Role?
As a Customer Service Assistant you will work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
Your tasks will include:
- Building rapport with our customers.
- Serving refreshments.
- Cash Handling.
- Compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring the venue is clean and welcoming at all times
Who we are looking for?
- An outgoing person with the ability to greet our customers and deliver excellent customer service.
- Someone who is well presented with good timekeeping and attendance.
- Able to follow direction and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Must be over the age of 18
