We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Coordinator to join our Learning and Development team within our award-winning People Directorate.

This is a Fixed Term or secondment opportunity for 2 years.


The Learning & Development team are responsible for attracting, recruiting, identifying, developing and deploying the talent Scottish Water will need to both perform and transform.

Our team does this by equipping leaders with the skills, knowledge and attributes to 'lead with character' and developing our talented people to reach their full potential.


What you'll be doing:


As a Learning Support Coordinator, you will provide support and advice to leaders and employees across the business on a range of Learning and Development requirements and queries and schedule, administer and co-ordinate learning programmes across Scottish Water.


You will be responsible for analysing learning needs, setting up and managing learning events, capturing accurate learning outcomes, creating learning reports, liaising with learning providers, budget forecasting and monitoring.


What you'll need:


We are looking for someone who always strives to deliver a great customer experience, who is organised with good attention to detail and is enthusiastic to learn.


Ideally, you'll have previous experience in a learning administration team and be able to demonstrate competence in Microsoft Office in particular Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.

Previous knowledge of administrator activities in a learning management system, particularly Cornerstone LMS, would also be advantageous. You'll also ideally be a good problem solver with strong analytical skills with a curiosity and readiness to learn.


What you'll get:
The salary band for this role is £20,280 - £24,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience).
