Description

As an Associate Partner - PQS, you will be responsible delivering a high standard of service through leadership of people and projects, whilst building and maintaining long-term client relationships and contributing to the management and running of a successfulprofessional practice.

Key Role Responsibilities as an Associate Partner - PQS:

The ideal Associate Partner - PQS will be detail oriented; acts with integrity, professionalism and enthusiasm; has previous PQS (and ideally Employer's Agent / Project Management) experience across varied industry sectors; self-motivated and passionate,possessing strong leadership, teamworking, communication and organisational skills.

You will have a minimum of at least 5 years within a UK Consultancy and ideally be coming from a leadership role within a consultancy.

Manage multiple projects concurrently in a selfmotivated manor and prioritise workload accordingly.
Grow and nurture client relationships with key internal and external contacts
Contribute to the running of the practice in collaboration with the other associates and equity partners
Assist in the guidance and development of people within the business
Leading people to uphold the outstanding service delivery reputation that my client has developed over 50 plus years, in providing;
EA documentation in addition to Feasibility Studies, Cost Estimates, Schedule of Works, Bills of Quantities, JCT & NCT Contracts, Valuations & Final Accounts, programme, and project reporting
Site visits as required
Reconciliation of cost, time, quality, and overall value to inform project performance
Timely completion of agreed actions
