£22,048 to £24,000 + Benefits
Working Hours - Up to
40 hours a week,
Monday to Friday between
8am and 6pm

Our continued success brings new opportunities as we grow our UK Customer Services Team we recruited successfully in April and we are now recruiting for May and June intakes.

You will initially receive 4 weeks comprehensive training and supported with ongoing on-the-job coaching. Your success is our success. We invest in our people and help them hit their career goals.

We are looking for people who enjoy working in a team with strong listening, communication and customer service skills and who enjoy making someone's day a better day.


In the role you will:

  • Maintain and update customer records on our CRM platform
  • Promote additional products and services
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/crosssell magazine subscription and membership packages
