Field Application Specialist (FAS) Intern Pharma Analytics
Commercial 12 month Internship Programme

The 12 month Application Specialist internship is designed to offer you the opportunity to develop experience with our Pharma Analytics product portfolio and introduce you to technical and commercial skills while conducting meaningful work supporting the Field Application Specialist team.
What you will do?
During the internship programme you will support our customers with Thermo Fisher Scientific Pharma Analytics solutions collaborating closely with the Field Application Specialists, Technical Sales Specialists, Account Managers, Manufacturing, Quality and Customer Care teams amongst others.
Your engagement and level of commitment will ensure that our clients will get the right selection of products that will fit their current and future needs.
Qualifications/Competencies:
- Students required to complete a month internship
- Strong desire and motivation to develop a career in a scientific related field
- Leadership and team building skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a crossfunctional team
- Willingness to learn, be mentored, and improve
- Customer focus (experience in a customer facing setting is advantageous)
- Previous laboratory experience is desirable
- Experience with managing databases is advantageous
- Track record of meeting deadlines
- Organisation and prioritisation skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail is required in performing all functions of this position.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills are required.
