This is an amazing opportunity to progress your career within a Global production company (motion & digital) for the Fashion, Luxury and Beauty Industries.

The role will be to produce campaigns for clients and brands within budget to deadline and in line with their brand vision.

To maintain existing relationships. To inspire and guide Production Assistants to enable their development.

Reports to:
Director

Key Responsibilities:

First point of call for client contact managing expectations and escalating any issues as appropriate.
Supervise direct relationships with the client and crew; leading, curating and developing conversations.
Oversee and manage shoot production from start to finish, including but not limited to; managing pre and post production schedules and timelines, developing call sheets, organising and the booking of all crew and talent, liaising with all suppliers and ensuring everything runs smoothly on set
Create estimates, manage budgets, negotiate fees
Collate invoices and reconcile shoot budgets
Knowledge of the creative industry and to be able to recommend relevant talent and crew for various creative briefs
Have good knowledge of models and be strong at casting
Good location knowledge and be able to scout upon request
Maintaining relationships with industry contacts and suppliers and help build and maintain contact database
Willing to travel and enjoy travelling for work.
Postproduction: retouching notes, management of the final delivery of

- imagery, layout development, cropping and setting up advertising guidelines, digital and outdoor format artwork.

Works with project managers and team members to provide professional recommendations for concept, art direction (as requested/ required), production, print buying, and monitors quality control
Working with internal and external design resource to sign off on innovative and bestinclass social media assets.
Supervise the Development of content schedules and organising resource to ensure daily and weekly deadlines and targets are met.
Working with the client and internal teams to develop social ideas including working on new and emerging platforms.

Support and motivate team to achieve company standards.
Identify the best freelance talent to work with and ensure we achieve competitive rates for all clients.
5 years Prior experience working as a producer within the fashion and advertising photographic/film industry, agency experience would also be desirable
Strong relationships with model agencies, photographer, stylist, hair and makeup agencies
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be extremely well organised, schedule oriented and self motivated
Must have a good memory, pay attention to detail and be profit marginaware
Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Strong interest in photography and passionate about production
Positive and enthusiastic
Full, clean driving license

Please be aware the company are hiring for a permeant full time position and a 12 month FTC maternity cover position also with potential to go permanent
The company offer a great salary / benefit package with the opportunity for international travel This will be a hybrid role 4-5 days in the office
